生殖器结核不孕患者临床资料及 IVF 结局分析
Clinical data and outcome of IVF in infertile patients with genital tuberculosis

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and the outcomes of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer ( IVF-ET) in infertile patients with genital tuberculosis ( FGT) .Methods The clinical data of 198 cases of FGT patients who treated by IVF were analyzed retrospectively.Results Totally 198 cases of infertility patients with FGT ac-counted for 5.8%of the IVF patients, and accounted for 9.3%of IVF patients with tubal infertility.Of which 115 cases were pelvic peritoneal tuberculosis, 79 cases were tubal tuberculosis, and 4 cases were endometrial tuberculosis.One hun-dred and thirty-nine cases (70.2%) were diagnosed by laparotomy or laparoscopic surgery, 55 cases were diagnosed by hysterosalpingography ( HSG) +tuberculin test ( PPD) , and 4 cases were diagnosed by curettage or hysteroscopy.A total of 309 oocyte retrieval cycles and 381 fresh and frozen embryo transfer cycles were analyzed.Clinical pregnancy rate, early abortion rate, ectopic pregnancy rate and live birth rate of transfer cycle were 37%, 23.4%, 2.1%and 27.6%, respec-tively.One hundred and five patients received live births, 87 cases of single birth, 18 cases of twins.Two patients were di-agnosed of active pulmonary tuberculosis after pregnancy.Conclusions Infertile patients with FGT have serious pelvic and tubal lesions, laparoscopy or laparotomy are the main diagnosis method.The clinical pregnancy rate remains low in infertile patients with FGT, we should be alert to the occurrence of active pulmonary tuberculosis in IVF treatment.关键词
