鸦胆子油乳联合顺铂治疗肝癌腹水的疗效观察

Abstract
Objective:Evaluation of Brucea Javanica Oil Emulsion with Cisplatin ( DDP) efficacy for the treatment of liver cancer Malignant hydroperitoneum .Methods :Ninety‐two patients with liver cancer Malignant hydro‐peritoneum were equally randomized into combination group A (Brucea Javanica Oil Emulsion combined with DDP) and group B(DDP group) .The combination group A was performed intrapleural injection of Brucea Javanica Oil Emulsion 30mL ,and DDP 40mg .The control group B was only given DDP 40mg ,once every other day ,three consecutive times ,3 times for a cycle ,for two consecutive cycles .The efficacy ,quality of life ( QOL) ,safety and adverse eventswere evalua‐ted .Results:The recovery rate (RR) of the A group was 86 .96% ,B group was 52 .17% (P<0 .01) .The differences were statistically significant .Conclusion:Intrapleural injection of Brucea Javanica Oil Emulsion combined with DDP is a safe and feasible way to treat with liver cancer Malignant hydroperitoneum .关键词
