健脾疏肝活血方治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床疗效观察
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease treated by Jianpi Shugan Huoxue decoction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyse the Jianpi Shugan Huoxue decoction clinical curative effect of traditional Chi‐nese medicine in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease .Methods:By adopting the method of block randomiza‐tion ,110 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were randomly divided into control group of 55 cases and treatment group of 55 cases .Control group was given Xuezhikang capsule and Fufang Yiganling tablets ,The treatment group were treated with Jianpi Shugan Huoxue decoction ,to observe clinical symptoms before and after the treatment and the chan‐ges of liver function ,blood lipids and b‐scan images ,treatment for 3 months .Results:The lipid levels in the 2 groups af‐ter treatment were significantly decreased (P<0 .05) ,but lipid levels in the 2 groups were compared after treatment differences had no statistical significance (P> 0 .05);fatty liver treatment of total effective rate in treatment group is sig‐nificantly higher than control group (P <0 .05) .Conclusion:Nonalcoholic fatty liver disease treatment effect is obvious Through The treatment of Jianpi Shugan Huoxue decoction .关键词
