复苏合剂配合西药治疗脓毒症致 ARDS 的疗效分析
Fusu mixture and western medicine in the treatment of ARDS caused by sepsis

Abstract
Objective :To explore the clinical effects of the Fusu Mixture and western medicine for treatment of ARDS caused by Sepsis so as to provide the reference for the clinical treatment .Methods:Selected 90 cases of patients with ARDS caused by Sepsis ,who were treated in our hospital .According to random number table method ,they were divided into the observation group and the control group ,and corresponding random numbers were even as the observation group ,odd numbers as the control group ,45 cases in each group .The control group were treated by pure western medi‐cine treatment ,while the observation group were given self‐designed recovery mixture of traditional Chinese medicine to treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group .Compared the clinical treatment effect and TCM symptom integral of two groups .Besides ,serum inflammatory factors (including the TNF alpha ,beta ,IL‐6 ,IL‐1‐10) and CPR) and blood gas index (PaO2 ,SaO2 ,PaO2/ FiO2 ) were compared .Results :The total effective rate of the observation group was 88 .89% (40/45) ,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (68 .89% (31/45)) ,and there existed statistically significant difference (P< 0 .05) .Compared with that before treatment ,TCM symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved (P < 0 .05) .Moreover ,compared with that of the control group after treatment ,TCM symptoms integral of the observation group improved more obviously ,and there was statistically significant difference (P < 0 .05) .Serum IL‐6 ,TNF alpha ,beta IL‐1 of the observation group after treatment were sig‐nificantly lower than those of the control group ,and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0 .05) .But serum IL‐10 ,CPR content of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group , and the differences were statistically significant (P < 0 .05) .PaO2 ,PaO2/FiO2 of the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group ,and the differences were statistically significant (P <0 .05) . There was no significant difference (P>0 .05) between two groups in the SaO2 percentage after treatment .Conclusions :Adopting the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine for treatment of ARDS caused by Sepsis can effec‐tively improve the clinical treatment effect .Moreover ,it reduced CPR ,and inflammatory factors ,and inhibit inflamma‐tion and relieve edema .It has certain advantages in improving the prognosis of ARDS patients .Therefore ,it is worth popularizing in clinical application .关键词
