柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤联合抗抑郁药物治疗脑卒中后抑郁的肝肾阴虚证的临床研究
Research the effect of Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction with antidepressant therapy in depression after stroke with kidney Yin deficiency syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To research the effect of Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction with antidepressant therapy in depression after stroke with kidney Yin deficiency syndrome .Methods :Application of random number table method ,80 cases of poststroke depression belongs to the liver and kidney Yin deficiency patients were divided into two groups ,40 ca‐ses in each group .Accept conventional antidepressant treatment as control group ,accept Chaihu Longgu Muli decoction with antidepressant therapy as observation group .Compared two groups of clinical therapeutic effect .Results:There was no statistical difference of the TCM symptom score Chinese medicine symptom integral and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMD) between the two groups before treatment(P>0 .05) ,But after 4 weeks treatment ,all the symptoms of TCM , TCM symptoms total integral and HAMD of observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0 .05) . There was no statistical difference of GQOLI‐74 between the two groups before treatment(P>0 .05) ,and after 4 weeks treatment ,the observation group of GQOLI‐74 score and total score were significantly higher than the control group . Conclusion:In conventional antidepressant treatment at the same time ,the combined use of Chaihu Longgu Muli decoc‐tion can effectively improve the depression after stroke clinical outcomes of patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency .关键词
