杞菊地黄汤对老年高血压患者血压变异的影响
Effects of Qiju Dihuang decoction on blood pressure variability in elderly hypertensive patients

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of Qiju Dihuang decoction on blood pressure variability and plasma angiotensin II (AngII) and high sensitive C reactive protein (hsCRP) levels in elderly hypertensive patients .Methods:56 elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group .The control group was given Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets 5mg/d ,and the treatment group was given Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets 5mg/d plus Qiju Dihuang decoction for 4 weeks .Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring method was used to record the mean value and standard deviation of systolic pressure and diastolic pressure for 24h ,daytime and nighttime .The serum lipid levels was detected by automatic biochemical analyzer ,and AngII and hs‐CRP levels were measured by ELISA method .Re‐sults :Compared with pre‐treatment ,the patients in the two groups have a significant decrease in blood pressure ,and the 24 h SBP and dSBP in the treatment group was markedly lower than that in the control group (P< 0 .05) .In control group ,the variability of blood pressure values had no change in before and after treatment .However ,24 hSBPSTD and dSBPSTD in treatment group were significant differences in before and after treatment (P<0 .05) ,and there was also sig‐nificant difference in 24 hSBPSTD and dSBPSTD of the two groups after treatment (P< 0 .05) .In addition ,the levels of AngII ,hsCRP and blood lipid were no change in control group .In the patients of treatment group ,AngII ,hsCRP ,TG and LDL‐C levels were significantly lower than those before therapy (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:Qiju Dihuang decoction can significantly reduce the systolic blood pressure variability in 24 h and daytime ,and improve plasma levels of AngII , hsCRP and blood lipid in elderly hypertensive patients .关键词
