摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore effect of Huoxue Kangshuan decoction with sodium ozagrel in the treatment of acute cerebral thrombosis and influence on coagulation function ,in order to guide the clinical treatment .Methods :86 cases of acute cerebral thrombosis patients in neurology department of our hospital were the research object ,they were di‐vided as control group 43 cases and study group 43 cases according to the random number table method ,the control group was treated with sodium ozagrel ,on the basis of the control group ,the study group were treated with Huoxue Kangshuan decoction ,after 1 courses of treatment ,the clinical observation indexes were compared of two groups .Results:Before treatment ,the NIHSS score ,ADL score and blood coagulation function index were not significantly different of the two groups(P>0 .05);after treatment ,the above indicators of the two groups were improved ,and the improvement effect of the study group was better than the control group (P<0 .05);the adverse reactions of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Huoxue Kangshuan decoction oral administration combined with ozagrel sodium intravenous injection have significantly effect on acute cerebral thrombosis ,it can improve the cere‐bral blood flow、brain function and activities of daily living ,and the adverse reactions are mild ,so should be promoted .关键词
