复方黄芩漱口液治疗口腔炎的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the values and mechanism of compound skullcap mouthwash for stomatitis . Methods :90 patients with stomatitis bacterial infection were in our hospital ,accorded to the principle of random draw were equally divided into the treatment group and the control group ,the control group were given nystatin tablets treat‐ment ,the treatment group were given compound skullcap mouthwash treatment on the basis of the control group ,all treatment for 15 days .Results:The number of oral colonies in the treatment group and control group after treatment were 0.22±0.12cfu/cm2and5.68±2.36cfu/cm2thatweresignificantlylowerthan87.50±13.52cfu/cm2and 87 .43 ± 14 .63 cfu /cm2 before treatment ,compared differences between groups were statistically significant (P<0 .05) . The pain scores in the treatment group and the control group after treatment group were 1 .67 ± 1 .09 points and3 .20 ± 1 . 11 points that were significantly lower than before treatment of 5 .98 ± 1 .34 points and 6 .01 ± 1 .23 points (P<0 .05) , compared between group differences were statistically significance (P<0 .05) .The stomatitis grade after treatment were significantly decreased in the two groups (P<0 .05) ,while the stomatitis grade after treatment in the treatment group were significantly lower (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:Compound skullcap mouthwash for stomatitis therapy can promote healing ,improve efficacy ,the mechanism may be related to play effective antibacterial and analgesic effects .关键词
