摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xingqi Huoxue decoction auxiliary acromioclavicu‐lar hook fixation in treatment of completely dislocated acromioclavicular joint .Methods:80 cases with completely disloca‐ted acromioclavicular joint in our hospital were chosen and divied into two groups ,the control group had 39 cases and who were given acromioclavicular hook fixation ,the observation group had 41 cases and who were taken with Xingqi Huoxue decoction on the base of control group ,the relevant indexes after treatment were observed .Results :The shoulder joint swelling subsided ,shoulder joint pain disappear time ,shoulder joint active functional exercise time and hospital stays of two groups after treatment had significant differences (P<0 .04) ,the laboratory indexes had no significant differences (P>0 .05) .Compared with before treatment ,the VAS score of two groups after treatment were obviously decreased after treatment .The lift on outreach and anteflexion lift activity had obviously improved ,the C‐reaction protein ,erythrocyte sedimentation rate were obviously lower ,which had statistically significance (P<0 .05) .Compared with control group , the VAS score ,lift on outreach and anteflexion lift of observation group had significant difference (P<0 .05) ,the C‐reac‐tion protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate had no significant difference(P>0 .05) .The painless rate of control group was 12 .82% ,the mild pain rate was 25 .64% ,the total pain rate was 87 .18% ,while in the observation group were 24 . 39% ,41 .46% ,75 .61% ,which had significant difference(P<0 .05) .the total efficacy had no significant difference(P>0 .05) .Conclusion:The Xingqi Huoxue decoction auxiliary acromioclavicular hook fixation can release the pain after com‐pletely dislocated acromioclavicular joint surgery and shorten symptoms improve time .关键词
