通腑逐瘀汤配合中药贴敷治疗老年慢传输型便秘临床研究
Clinical research of slow transmit constipation in old age using Tongfu Zhuyu decoction and traditional Chinese medicine sticking

Abstract
Objective:To observe clinical effects of Tongfu Zhuyu decoction and traditional Chinese medicine sticking to treat slow transmit constipation (STC) in old age .Methods :63 STC cases were randomly divided into treat‐ment group of 32 cases and control group of 31 cases .The treatment group uses Tongfu Zhuyu decoction and traditional Chinese medicine sticking and control group traditional Chinese medicine sticking .To observe before and after treatment in patients with defecation frequency ,feces traits ,the use of laxative ,abdominal distension and integral time of defecation and record .Results:The total integral of two groups before treatment has no significant difference(P>0 .05)and after treatment statistically significant (P<0 .01) .The total integral reduce amplitude of treatment group was larger than the control group .The treatment group total effective rate was 84 .4% and the control group was 71 .0% .Clinical curative effects of two groups was statistically difference (P< 0 .05) .The treatment group curative effects was better than the control group .Conclusion:Clinical effects of traditional Chinese medicine sticking is remarkable .关键词
