可降解止血粉对家兔颅骨愈合的影响
Effects of Absorbable Hemostatic Powder on bone healing in rabbits
摘要
Abstract
Objective:Study on the effect of the Absorbable Hemostatic Powder on the healing of rabbit skull . Methods :After anesthesia ,2 circular defect cavities were drilled at the same location in the same position of the skull . The bone defect model and the model of the bone defect were randomly divided into two groups .The defects in each group were completely covered with the same dose of 50mg and the Absorbable Hemostatic Powder at the same dose ,and the negative control group was not used in any of the materials .The rats were sacrificed respectively before the interval 7d ear vein injection of tetracycline and calcein labeled two times .After feeding for six weeks .Take the original defect edge ex‐tended range of 2 .0 cm skull ,gross observation of bone healing was healing score ,and undecalcified bone sections ,or‐ganization learning and fluorescence observation .Results :The effect of the Absorbable Hemostatic Powder group was significantly better than that the blank control group (P<0 .05) ,and the bone wax group was significantly worse than that in the control group (P<0 .05) .The results showed that the rate of mineral deposition in the powder group was signifi‐cantly higher than that in the blank control group (P<0 .05) ,and the bone wax group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0 .05) .Trabecular bone area rate of bone wax and mineralized bone area than the smallest group , blank control group ,Absorbable Hemostatic Powder group greatly .The area ratio of the defect area and bone was the op‐posite trend .There were significant differences in the values of the groups .Conclusion:Absorbable Hemostatic Powder can promote bone healing ,and bone wax hinder bone growth .关键词
