补阳还五汤联合疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效

摘要
Abstract
Objective :To observe the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu decoction plus Shuxuetong injection for treat acute cerebral infarction patients .Methods :108 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were divided into ob‐serve group 54 cases and control group 54 cases .Two groups were treated by basical treatmeat and Shuxuetong injection , observed group were also treated by Buyang Huanwu decoction . The patients were observed the clinical therapentic effects ,the changes of blood viscosity ,the score of the nerve funtion defect grades and the activities of daily living .Re‐sults :The total effective rate of the observe group was 96 .30% and 81 .48% for the control group .There were significant difference between two groups ,the indicators of observe group were more better than control group .Conclusion :It is in‐dicated that Buyang Huanwu decoction plus Shuxuetong injection is an effective way in treatmeat of acute cerebral infarc ‐tion .关键词
