加味酸枣仁汤对美沙酮维持治疗者失眠的疗效探讨
The treatment of Suanzaoren decoction in methadone maintenance treatment patients with insomnia
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the efficacy of Suanzaoren decoction in the treatment of insomnia in pa‐tients of methadone maintenance treatment (MM T ) clinic .Methods :According to the MM T patients randomly 60 cases with insomnia were divided into 2 groups ,30 cases in each group ,to simply accept Alprazolam tablets treatment in control group ,combined with an Alprazolam tablets and Suanzaoren decoction treatment in test group ,the two groups curative effect .Results :The two groups before treatment ,sleep quality score(PSQI score)showed no significant difference ,after treatment ,test group with more sleep scale score improvement was the most significant .At the same time effect in the treatment of insomnia ,also in the test group effect of the most significant .Conclusion :Suanzaoren decoction can effective‐ly improve the MM T patients with insomnia disease .关键词
