钩活术联合红花注射液穴位注射对腰椎间盘突出症患者炎症因子的影响
Impact on inflammatory cytokine levels in patients with lumbar disc herniation hooking therapy and acupuncture point injection of flos carthami
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the hook live disc surgery in patients with inflammatory cytokines IL‐6 , NO impact on the waist ,explore the hook live surgery for the treatment of patients with lumbar disc mechanism .Meth‐ods :60 cases of patients according to the random number table ,randomly divided into acontrol group (n= 30)and treat‐ment group(n= 30) .Both groups were adopted the basis of body acupuncture treatment ,once everyday ,7d for acourse of treatment ,continuous treatment of two courses .Control group with hooking therapy only ,the treatment group received hooking therapy and acupuncture point injection of Flos Carthami .The pain VAS score ,JOA score and levels of inflam‐matory cytokines during treatment response were observed in both groups before and after treatment .Results :The treat‐ment group after treatment efficiency (96 .67% )was significantly higher (73 .34% ) ,and had a statistically significant difference .The pain VAS score ,JOA score and levels of IL‐6 and NO was significantly lower than before treatment ,and had a statistically significant difference .Treatment group VAS score ,JOA score IL‐6 and NO levels after treatment was significantly lower than the control group ,and had a statistically significant difference .Comclusion :Hooking therapy and acupuncture point injection of flos carthami treatment of lumbar disc herniation in patients with clinically significant effect ,can significantly reduce VAS score ,JOA score IL‐6 and NO levels ,relieving local inflammation .关键词
