Effect of Gekko gecko peptide solution on lipid metabolism liver function and inflammatory factors in rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease
摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the effect of Gekko gecko on lipid metabolism ,liver function and inflam‐matory factors in rats with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) .Methods :NAFLD rats model was duplicated by high fat diet method .Mice administered orally compound methionine choline solution were included in the control group .The subgroups of Gekko gecko group were administered orally high ,medium and low Gekko gecko peptide solution ,respec‐tively .Taking 8 weeks as the observation period ,the differences in the changes of lipid metabolism ,liver function and in‐flammatory factor indexes between groups before and after the treatment were recorded .Results :8 weeks of intervention later ,there were no statistically significant differences in MDA levels in the group ,compared with those before the inter‐vention .Except that the test parameters of mice in the blank control group and the model group didn’t changed signifi‐cantly ,compared with those before the intervention TG ,TC and other lipid metabolism indicators ALT AST and other liver function indicators and IL‐6 ,TNF‐α and other inflammatory factors in other groups were significantly lower than those before intervention while SOD levels were significantly improved .The changes of the indexes in the low dose group were smaller than those in the midium and high dose group and the positive control group .The differences between the midium ,high dose group and the positive control group were not statistically significant .Conclusion :The traditional Chi‐nese medicine Gekko gecko has good effects of anti‐inflammation and regulating lipid metabolism .Its application in clinical treatment of rats with NAFLD can effectively improve the liver function and reduce the inflammatory responses .The liver protection effect is prominent .关键词
