钼靶X线、彩色多普勒超声和磁共振检查在乳腺癌保乳手术中的应用
Application study of mammography,color Doppler ultrasonography and magnetic resonance imaging on breast conserving operation for breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of magnetic resonance imaging ,color Doppler ultra‐sound and molybdenum target X‐ray exam on breast conserving surgery .Methods:Selected 70 cases of breast cancer protection conserving surgery patients from in our hospital as research object ,all of them were confirmed by patho‐logical examination .65 patients received preoperative mammography ,69 cases received preoperative color Doppler ultrasound examination ,60 cases achieved preoperative magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) ,observed three groups’ manifestations performance and accuracy of check .Results:There were obvious difference between X‐ray mammogra‐phy and color Doppler ultrasound on examination of the diameter of the lesions with pathological examination (P<0 . 05) while ,there were no obvious difference between magnetic resonance imaging and pathological lesions’ diameter (P>0 .05) ,the detection rate of MRI was 100 .00% ,it was higher than that in other two methods (P<0 .05) ,the detection rate in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) was 100 .00% ,it was significantly higher than that in other two methods ,ultrasonic inspection’s rate was 79 .71% ,it was obvious higher than molybdenum target X‐ray (P<0 . 05) .Conclusion :The value of breast X‐ray film ,color Doppler ultrasound and magnetic resonance operation evalua‐tion are different ,the combination of the three method can effectively provide guidance for breast cancer insurance op‐eration .关键词
