钠尿素受体A在乳腺癌中的表达及临床意义
Expression of natriuretic peptide receptor A and its clinical significance in the breast carcinomas

Abstract
Objective :To observe the expression of Natriuretic Peptide Receptor A (NPRA) and its rela-tionship with clinicopathological data clinical significance in the Breast Carcinomas .Methods :Using immunohisto-chemical technique to investigate the NPRA protein in eligible human breast ductal cancer and para-carcinoma speci-mens ,and analyze the relationship between NPRA expression and clinical pathological features .Results :Including 50human breast ductal cancer and 46 para-carcinoma specimens in the standard ,the positive expression of NPRA was 36 .8% (7/19)in patients of TNM I and TNM Ⅱ ,the positive expression of NPRA was 80 .6% (25/31)in pa-tients of TNM Ⅲ and TNM Ⅳ ,statistical significance was found between groups .While the expression of NPRA showed no statistically significant among the association of age ,lymph node metastasis ,tumer size ,histologic dif-ferentiation and tumer position .Conclusion :NPRA is highly expressed in patients with human breast ductal cancer , the higher positive expression of NPRA was correlation with TNM Stages .关键词
