卫城油田深层油藏分层堵水作业中,油藏高压、低孔、低渗的特点对无机颗粒堵水剂性能要求较高,常规无机颗粒堵水剂与超细G级油井水泥易出现超压、强度低或有效期短的问题。针对这些问题,结合超细水泥堵水的技术缺陷,开展了堵水剂体系技术研究。将超细G级油井水泥、超细粉煤灰、活性矿粉和硅粉按照不同的配方比例配制了一系列堵水剂,对堵水剂的流变性、抗缩性和抗压强度等性能进行了室内实验,确定最佳超微粉体堵水剂配方为87.5%超细水泥+7.0%超细粉煤灰+1.5%活性矿…查看全部>>
