高校图书馆微博用户行为规律实证研究
Empirical Research of Fans’ Behavior Rules Based on Academic Library Weibo
摘要
Abstract
This paper takes al the contents and users' praise, comments and circulation which published in October, 2014 by the Xiamen University Library's verified micro blog as sample, analyzes the characteristics of academic libraries' weibo users, their activities, as wel as the users' activity rules. It finds that the users' responses to library's weibos are decided by the time of library's releasing, most weibos have very short lifetime, etc. Based on this, the author proposes some measures to improve academic libraries' weibo:understanding and grasp users' active time, reposting important weibos to avoid being buried by other weibos, making responses quickly to users' remarks, and giving more at ention to those influential users.关键词
