图书馆开放期刊再利用中的权益问题研究

摘要
Abstract
There are a series of rights and interests issues during the Open Access journal reuse, including machine acquisition, local storage, lack of rationality of some specific reuse methods, etc. These issues derive from the conflict rooted in the rights and interests' relationship of the relevant subjects, for example, authors, publishers, Open Access Journals' users, funding agencies, industry organizations, etc. Based on the analysis of the relationship, this study proposes major issues happening during the whole process of the Open Access Journal reuse, including the col ection, storage, organizing, reuse services, and data invoking. Meanwhile, some corresponding solutions are given.关键词
