摘要

Abstract

The industrial siding railway is one kind of railway construction and developed rapidly recently, and the heavy-haul railway with small radius of curve tends to dominate. The industrial siding railway connected with Shanxi-Henan-Shandong Railway adopts 300 kN axle loading, in which the minimum curve radius of single line and double line is 300m and 600m respectively. The radiuses of curve adopted in the industrial siding railway mentioned above are out of the range of 32 m T-beam of general reference drawing, and the cost is much higher if smaller span simply supported T-beam or continuous box girder is adopted in design. The design scheme of heavy haul railway simply supported T-beam is put forward according to the characteristics of small radius of curve of heavy haul railway. Study is focused on the bias load analysis and calculation of heavy haul railway simply supported T-beam to find out applicable methods for bias dead load and bias live load calculation respectively. The normal operation of several industrial siding railways proves that the design scheme is reasonable and feasible.
