摘要

Abstract

Warping deformation of track slab under the effect of temperature gradient may do some harm to track geometry and even endanger traffic safety. In this paper, the finite element method is adopted to establish a calculation model of unit twin-block ballastless track to explore warping deformation of the slab under the effect of temperature gradient and its impact on track geometry. Results show that large warping deformation of slab under positive temperature may endanger traffic safety and measures should be taken to control it. However, under negative temperature, warping deformation of slab is so small that it can be ignored.
