摘要
Abstract
The attribute of characteristic culture in university could be confirmed by idea, system, academic structure, training mode, values and characteristics of relationships between teachers and students, which are formed in the different periods of univer-sity history. As one of the historical forms, characteristics culture in university has a series of the inner related basic characteristics and corresponding concepts, which include organizational cultural characteristics, culture precipitation, the uniqueness of running autonomy, competition, social needs and social reputation. Characteristic culture in university has four values including promoting the personality development, promoting the cultural heritage and innovation, promoting the organizational identity and cohesion, and promoting the quality improvement. The value of characteristic culture in university has a common side to perform the functions of the university, and a unique side of the specific university. The analysis about the related links includes the elements of cognition, value realization, discrimination relations and environmental adaptation which could be based on the perspective of the formation and de-velopment of characteristic culture in university, and two side include the formation element and the practical form of characteristic culture, which in order to build up the analysis framework of characteristic culture in university.关键词
