摘要
Abstract
After World War II, lots of European countries aim to educate their citizens to become a man with social duty. UK, France and German do their best among these countries. Their experiences are educated citizens by the way of discussion, participa-tion and cultivation. We should learn from them to promote the function of ideological and political theory courses of China.关键词
