摘要

Abstract

Scientific evaluation on the teaching quality of college teacher is very important for improving teaching quality. An e-valuation index system about the teaching quality of college teacher was built based on four ways, such as teaching attitude, teaching content. And entropy TOPSIS model was used to research empirically on the teaching quality of 16 college teachers in Tongling Uni-versity, the result was consistent with the actual situation. Such measures need to improve the teaching quality of college teacher, as pursuing efforts on training to improve teachers’ comprehensive quality, applying mentoring means and tutorial system to advance the whole teaching level, building reasonable title system to arouse teachers’ initiative, making scientific teaching stimulation and promotion system to increase teaching reward amount, etc.
