摘要
Abstract
In recent years, more and more private enterprises participate in producing military production and some have be-come the active subject in military market which has important significance to consolidate national defense and improve the market. China’s policy adjustment and evolution of the private enterprises in the production of military provides guidance and protection, ow-ing to the conflict between policy implementation and the actual operation, many private enterprises in the production of military technology, capital and quality risk, optimizing the policy for private military production enterprises to provide a good environment for the transformation, can promote the further development of private enterprises in the production of military.关键词
