Abstract
TheLNG manufacturers in Shaanxi province are in downturn trend with the lower operating rate and the unpromising prospect mainly due to the domestic disorderly construction of the LNG,and the constantly falling LNG price and the shortage of the provinceˊs consumer market. This paper comprehensively analyses the-causes of the above dilemma,which include the rise of raw gas price,the increase of imported LNG,the compe-tition of pipeline gas,high marginal cost of small LNG enterprises and the insufficiency of the consumption ter-minal. Then some corresponding suggestionsare also put forward,which are to build up the flexible mechanism of the feed gas price,establish the encouraging policy for the development of LNGvehicles,expand the con-sumption terminals and use LNG industry alliance.关键词
