摘要
Abstract
Based on the〞fragmentation〞 problem which commonly exists in the investment project man-agement of oilfield enterprise in our country,the whole lifecycle management theory is used in the entire process of investment project managementin oilfield enterprises. Thenthe model,the procedure and the applica-tion method of whole lifecycle management for investment projects of oilfield enterprises are designed. Finally, some suggestions to promote the efficiency of lifecycle management of investment project managementin oil field enterpriseare put forward so as to provide references for our oilfield enterprises in improvingproject manage-ment.关键词
