Abstract
This essay intends to find the problem existing in the village planning,and then to explore the reason of these problems,finally to find out the methods to solve these problems. The most effective and inex-pensive solution to these problems is to allow the villagers to participate in the village planning,fully express their requirement,give play to their intelligence and wisdom,and thus play an important part in building a beautiful homeland,关键词
