摘要

Abstract

The negative pressure in normal running process of the reactor in the chemical project should keep stable. The critical proportioning method is adopted to directly adjust the PID parameters of the Roots blower in preliminarily,and then cal⁃culate the adjusting parameters. After that the parameters are further adjusted according to the practical adjusting condition to de⁃termine the final tuning values. The practical running conditions of feedstock and nozzles cleaning of the reactor prove that the regulator has perfect regulating performance,the negative pressure of the reactor has good stability,which can satisfy the pro⁃cess requirement. This parameter tuning method has the characteristics of fast setting speed,good intuition,and strong adaptabili⁃ty. The method has better engineering practice and reference value for that the process equipment can conduct several tests and the system operates at critical oscillation condition.
