Fn14在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达与化疗耐药及预后相关性研究
Expression of Fn14 in epithelial ovarian cancer correlates to chemo-resistance and prog-nosis of patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression level of Fibroblast growthfactor-in-ducible 14 (Fn14) in epithelial ovarian cancer(EOC) and its relationship with chemotherapy efficacy and prognosis. Methods:The expression of Fn14 in 84 cases of EOC tissues was detec-ted by immunohistochemistry SP method,and the significance of Fn14 expression level in EOC patients was analyzed with clinical data. Result:Fn14 has positive expression in different degree in EOC. The expression level of Fn14 was correlated with chemotherapy sensitivity and lymph nodes metastasis(P<0. 05),while it has no significant correlation with patientsˊage,tumor tis-sue types,pathology grade,FIGO staging (P>0. 050). Survival analysis shows that patients with high expression of Fn14 have better prognoses than those with low expression. Conclusions:The expression level of Fn14 is correlated with EOC chemo-resistance and prognosis. Fn14 may be-come a new indicator of judging the chemotherapy efficacy and prognosis evaluation.关键词
