腹腔镜单侧卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿剥除术对血清抗苗勒管激素水平变化的影响

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect on serum anti-Müllerian hormone ( AMH) in women with unilateral ovarian endometriotic cyst after laparoscopic ovarian cystectomy. Methods:A total of 128 women with unilateral ovarian endometriotic cyst unergoing Laparo-scopic cystectomy were included. Serum AMH,FSH and E2 levels before and after surgery were detected. Meanwhile,antral follicles were calculated. Results:A week after the surgery, serum AMH,FSH and E2 levels changes with statistical significance when compared to those before surgery(P<0. 05). At the third month after the surgery,serum FSH and E2 level and antral fol-licles returned to their original condition,while serum AMH level was still lower than that before surgery(P<0. 05). At the sixth month after the surgery,serum FSH and E2 level and antral fol-licles have no difference when compared to those before surgery (P>0. 05),while serum AMH level was still lower than that before surgery(P<0. 05). In addition,AMH in patients with age>35 years old decreased obviously than that in patients with aged ≤35 years(P=0. 001). Con-clusion:Ovarian reserve function is still in the recovery phase at the sixth month after unilater-ally laparoscopic ovarian endometriotic cystectomy. AMH can be used as a more sensitive mark-er of ovarian reserve than basal FSH level and antral follicles count.关键词
