加强型鼻咽通气道应用于鼻腔手术后气道管理临床研究
Clinical study on application of enhanced nasopharyngeal airway in airway management after nasal cavity operation

Abstract
Objective To study the application of enhanced nasopharyngeal airway in the nasal airway management after nasal cavity operation in the ENT department. Methods A total of 60 cases of ENT nasal cavity operation from January 2014 to March 2015 were selected and divided into the group A and B ,30 cases in each group. In the group A as the enhanced nasopha-ryngeal airway,the enhanced nasopharyngeal airway was placed in the inflation hemostatic sponge at the end of operation;while in the group B as the control group,the traditional simple inflation hemostatic sponge was adopted at the end of operation. The pain score,sleep quality score and thirstiness score were performed at postoperative 24,48 h follow up. The obtained score data were performed the contrastive analysis. Results The enhanced nasopharyngeal airway had good anti-compressive and anti-fold capa-bility;the sleep quality score,thirstiness score at 24,48 h in the group A were significantly superior to the group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Applying the enhanced nasopharyngeal airway in the airway management af-ter ENT nasal cavity operation can increase the safety of airway management and patient′s comfort degree.关键词
