Abstract
Objective To understand the bloodborne occupational exposure status in medical staff of this hospital , to an-alyze the risk factors for the medical staff suffering from occupational exposure ,to assess the effect of preventive treatment after exposure and to formulate the effective protective countermeasures. Methods The retrospective supervision method was adopted to summarize and analyze the registration data of bloodborne occupational exposure occurrence among the medical staff in this hospital from March 2012 to December 2014. Results Among medical staff in 37 cases of occupational exposure ,32 cases were the syringe needle and sharp instrument injury ,the occurrence rate was 86.49%,blood and body fluid caused the mucosal expo-sure in 5 cases,the occurrence rate was 13.51%;all involved medical staff received the corresponding intervention measures,no case of bloodborne transmitted disease infection occurred. Conclusion The occupational exposure,especially the sharp instru-ment injury,is the facing high risk for medical staff,implementing the standard prevention and intervention measures after expo-sure is the key for decreasing the risk of occupational exposure.关键词
