Abstract
Firstly, the historical mission of domestic telecommunication industry during the “National Thirteenth Five-Year Plan” period was analyzed. Considering the field of “connecting” being marginalized, the transition from“connecting” to “enabling” in the ifeld of telecommunication industry “Internet+” was proposed. In addition, the road and direction of telecommunication industry to construct the “enabling” platform of intelligent manufacturing were addressed.关键词
