Abstract
The development of mobile communications in past thirteen five years was firstly reviewed, and drawbacks of different technical standards were addressed. Then, in order to realize the ideal “one phone in hand, communication with the globe” as quickly as possible in 4G era, we must ifght for more global IMT frequency bands. Based on existing 4G, we should realize 2020 global Internet project through digital Silk Road.关键词
