摘要
Abstract
In order to meet requirements of the rapid development of mobile communications, the reuse problems of frequency and time domain resources in mobile communication network were researched in this paper. In order to relieve inter-cell interference, a novel frequency reuse strategy named soft frequency and time reuse was proposed based on soft frequency reuse, which combines frequency domain resource with time domain resource. Key problems of the proposed strategy were fully analyzed and the selection algorithm of frequency and time was proposed.关键词
