Abstract
According to actual application scenarios of Small Cell, the bad stability of the air interface synchronization state of Femto base station tends to form“island” cell resulting in increased call dropping rate and bad user experience. A method was designed which periodically monitors the synchronization state of base station air interface and forecasts“island” cell. Before“island” cell forms, it can actively switch a UE satisfying the predefined conditions to the best cell of the Femto base station. Experimental results show that the method highly reduces call dropping rate and improve the user perception to mobile communication network in practical application scenarios.关键词
