摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical value of X-ray in the diagnosis of early left cardiac insufficiency in patients with hypertensive heart disease. Methods 300 cases of hypertensive heart disease patients with early left cardiac insufficiency in our hospital from December 2010 to December 2014 were selected and divided into symptomatic group (n=208) and asymptomatic group (n=92). All patients received X-ray examination and ultrasound examination, and the results of the two groups were compared. Results 202 cases of symptomatic group and 72 cases of asymptomatic group were found by X-ray, while 206 cases of symptomatic group and 78 cases of asymptomatic group were found by ultrasound examination; X-ray results were basically consistent with ultrasound, with no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The detection rate of symptomatic group was significantly higher than that of asymptomatic group (P<0.05). Clinical representation of X-ray for 300 cases showed that 260 cases of superior vein dilatation, 70 cases of pulmonary blood flow redistribution, 195 cases of the lung fuzzy, 115 cases of the subpleural edema, 60 cases of rib phrenic angle drainage, 45 cases of Kerley's B line, 235 cases of cardiac enlargement. Conclusions X-ray has high detection rate for early left cardiac insufficiency in patients with hypertensive heart disease, especially for patients with clinical symptoms, which has a certain clinical application value.关键词
