微创经皮和传统开放椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床效果比较
Comparison on the Clinical Effects of Minimally Invasive Percutaneous and Conventional Open Pedicle Screw Fixation for Thoracolumbar Fractures

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of minimally invasive percutaneous and conventional open pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures. Methods 90 patients with thoracolumbar fractures were randomly divided into control group (traditional open pedicle screw internal fixation treatment) and observation group (minimally invasive percutaneous surgery). The preoperative parameters and imaging indicators of two groups were compared. Results The operation time, intraoperative blood loss and other perioperative parameters of observation group were significantly better than those of control group (P<0.05). The anterior vertebral body height after surgery immediately of observation group was significantly better than that of control group (P <0.05), however, no statistical difference was found between two groups in imaging indicators 1 year after surgery (P>0.05). Conclusions Minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation has better effect than traditional open pedicle screw fixation, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
