后路固定非融合术治疗胸腰椎骨折的临床研究
Clinical Study of Posterior Fixation Without Fusion in the Treatment of Thoracolumbar Vertebral Fractures

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of posterior fixation wtihout fusion in the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures. Methods 58 cases of patients with thoracolumbar vertebral fractures admitted to our hospital from June 2012 to June 2013 were selected and divided into two groups according to the surgical methods. 30 cases of study group received posterior fixation without fusion, while 28 cases of control group received posterior fusion and fixation. After surgery, both groups were followed up to compare and analyze the surgery effects. Results The total height loss of fracture body of study group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). No statistical difference was found between two groups in the change of kyphotic angle (P>0.05). The difference between two groups in the prognosis was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Posterior fixation without fusion has significant efficacy for the treatment of thoracolumbar vertebral fractures, which can completely reserve the function of fixed segment, and obtain good sagittal alignment. Simultaneously, it is mainly applicable to younger patients.关键词
