小儿麻醉应用双管喉罩的效果观察

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of proseal laryngeal mask airway (PLAM) in pediatric anesthesia. Methods 108 cases of children with elective surgery were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received routine tracheal intubation, while the experimental group received PLAM. The operation time, duration of anesthesia, awakening time, extubation time, heart rate and mean arterial pressure at different time points, and adverse reactions after surgery were observed. Results No statistical difference was found between two groups in the operation time and duration of anesthesia (P>0.05). The awakening time and extubation time of experimental group were significantly shorter than those of control group (P<0.05). At the time points of intubation instantly, 5 min after intubation, and removal of catheter or PLAM, statistical differences were found between two groups in the heart rate and mean arterial pressure (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of experimental group was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Proseal laryngeal mask airway applied in pediatric anesthesia can reduce the awakening time and extubation time, and has stable heart rate and mean arterial pressure, and fewer adverse reactions.关键词
