Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of two medical treatments for children with sinusitis. Methods Seventy-two cases of children with sinusitis admitted to our hospital from October 2012 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, while the treatment group was treated with nasosinusitis oral liquid. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.2%, significantly higher than 75.0%of control group (P<0.05). The recurrence rate of treatment group was 5.6%, significantly lower than 33.3%of control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Targeted medical treatment for pediatric sinusitis can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, and improve children's quality of life.关键词
