Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of intrauterine water-filled balloon oppression for the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section in patients with placenta previa. Methods 30 cases of placenta previa patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section were divided into two groups equally. The control group was given the treatment of intrauterine packing with gauze, while the observation group was given the treatment of intrauterine water-filled balloon oppression. The amount of blood loss, hemostatic time and postpartum blood transfusion volume were compared between two groups. Results The hemostatic time, postpartum blood transfusion volume, bleeding volume of 1 hour and 24 hours after operation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (all P<0.05). The complications situation of two groups was not statistically different (P>0.05). Conclusions The method of intrauterine water-filled balloon oppression has significant clinical effect for placenta previa patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section, which can quickly stop bleeding and reduce the amount of bleeding. It is worthy of promotion.关键词
