Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of bronchoalveolar lavage by bronchofibroscope in the treatment of elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia (AP). Methods 90 cases of elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia treated in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. Patients in the control group received common treatment of sputum suction, while patients in the observation group received the treatment of pulmonary alveolar lavage by bronchofibroscope. The physiological indexes and clinical effects of two groups were recorded after 48 hours of treatment, and the adverse reactions of observation group were recorded. Results The levels of SpO2, PaO2, PaCO2, HR and RR in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.01). The effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%, significantly higher than 73.33%in the control group (P<0.05). Slight adverse reactions appeared in patients of observation group, which were relieved after 24 hours and no serious complication was observed. Conclusions Bronchoalveolar lavage by bronchofibroscope in the treatment of elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia is effective and has no serious adverse reactions, with high clinical application value.关键词
