大剂量氨溴索治疗重症肺炎的临床分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of high dose of ambroxol for the treatment of severe pneumonia. Methods 40 cases of patients with severe pneumonia who were treated with routine therapy combined with high dose of ambroxol were selected as the observation group;Another 40 cases of patients with severe pneumonia who were treated with routine therapy were selected as the control group. The levels of lung function indicators before and after therapy, and the clinical curative effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results ①After treatment, the PCT level, CRP level and APACHE score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05).②After treatment, the PaO2/FiO2 level of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P<0.05), while the PaO2 and SpO2 levels had no statistical difference between two groups (P>0.05).③The length of hospital stay and time of ventilator assistant respiration of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group (P <0.05). ④The total effective rate of observation group was 87.5%, significantly higher than 67.5%of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions High dose of ambroxol for treatment of severe pneumonia has significant effect, which can effectively improve patients' clinical symptoms, and is worthy of promotion.关键词
