消旋山莨菪碱滴眼液治疗儿童近视的临床效果

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of raceanisodamine eye drops in treatment of myopia in children. Methods 76 cases of children with myopia in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with compound tropicamide eye drops, while the observation group was treated with raceanisodamine eye drops. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results After treatment, both groups had significantly improved uncorrected visual acuity and equivalent refraction (P<0.05);in addition, the observation group had higher uncorrected visual acuity and equivalent refraction compared with the control group after treatment (P <0.05). No statistical difference was found between two groups in the axial length, intraocular pressure and incidence of adverse reactions (P>0.05). Conclusions Raceanisodamine eye drops in treatment of children with myopia have significant effect and fewer adverse reactions, which can effectively improve children's visual acuity.关键词
