Abstract
Objective To discuss the nursing methods of endoscopic metal biliary stent placement for patients with malignant obstructive jaundice. Methods 120 patients with malignant obstructive jaundice who received endoscopic metal biliary stent placement were randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The improvements of clinical symptoms and quality of life, and the incidence of complications were observed and compared between two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of symptoms of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group, and the scores of quality of life were significantly higher than those of control group (all P <0.05). The incidences of complications after surgery of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group (P<0.05). Conclusions Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with malignant obstructive jaundice treated with endoscopic metal biliary stent placement can effectively relieve patients' clinical symptoms, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve patients' quality of life.关键词
