Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfortable nursing for patients with general surgery. Methods One hundred cases of patients with general surgery in our hospital from August 2014 to August 2015 were selected as research objects. According to the nursing measures, all patients were divided into two groups: comfortable nursing group and routine nursing group, with 50 cases in each group. The incidences of elevation of blood pressure, increase of heart rate and early off-bed activity, and patients' satisfaction degree to nursing were observed and compared between two groups. Results The incidences of elevation of blood pressure and increase of heart rate of comfortable nursing group were significantly lower than those of routine nursing group (P <0.05), and the ratio of patients with early off-bed activity of comfortable nursing group was significantly higher than that of routine nursing group (P <0.05). Patients' satisfaction degree to nursing of comfortable nursing group was 98.00%, significantly higher than 66.00% of routine nursing group, with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusions Comfortable nursing applied in patients with general surgery can effectively improve patients' clinical symptoms, and improve patients' satisfaction degree toward nursing.关键词
