Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical nursing intervention of IPC on deep vein thrombosis prevention after cesarean delivery. Methods 126 cases of puerpera after cesarean section surgery in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups based on different nursing methods, with 63 cases in each group. The observation group was given IPC nursing, while the control group was given routine massage nursing. The nursing effects of two groups were observed and compared. Results After nursing, the total effective rate of observation group was 100.0%, significantly higher than 88.9% of control group (P <0.05). Conclusions The application of IPC after cesarean delivery of hypercoagulable maternal can effectively prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis, and improve the clinical effect.关键词
